Request Pet Care

RR Shepherd is currently accepting new dog-walking and pet-sitting clients exclusively within the KEVA Flats community in Exton, PA.

We are not accepting new offsite clients until further notice.

Private boarding is offered on a limited, compatibility-based basis. Limited dog-training services are coming soon!

Step 1: Request a Consultation

New KEVA Flats clients can begin by scheduling a complimentary consultation. We’ll discuss your pet, the care you need, and whether RR Shepherd is the right fit.

Step 2: Meet & Greet

Before services begin, we’ll meet with you and your pet to review their routine, temperament, health needs, home environment, and access instructions. For boarding inquiries, this process may include additional introductions to ensure the arrangement is safe and comfortable for everyone.

Step 3: Schedule Care

Once your consultation and meet-and-greet are complete, approved clients can request services based on current availability. Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from RR Shepherd.

Please note: New-client consultations are currently available to KEVA Flats residents only. If you are an existing RR Shepherd client, please use your usual booking process.
